The sitting room faces south and west with a very large bay window overlooking the sea - the smaller window overlooks the garden and down to the estuary at Llandanwg. The bay window (complete with 5m window seat) is the most wonderful viewpoint in the house, from which you see the entire panorama of Cardigan Bay, right to the end of the Lleyn peninsula, and round to the Snowdonia range, with the beach underneath it, and Harlech with the castle to the far right. It’s like being in a huge theatre as you watch the sunsets. There are comfy chairs for six, an open fire, and colour television with DVD, VHS, cassette and CD players. |
