The Property
The two flats, upstairs and downstairs, can be rented separately, and there is a soundproof, locked firedoor halfway up the stairs connecting the flats. They can also be rented as one whole house, in which case the door is opened. There is a large dining table upstairs, capable of seating 14.

Downstairs beds: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk
Facilities for each flat include:
- Central heating and double-glazing throughout.
- Fully fitted brand new bathroom with strong shower and bath and toilet.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
- Fully fitted brand new kitchen with electric cookers with conventional oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer
- electric kettle, toaster, espresso machine upstairs only (which can be moved if only one floor is occupied), and a cafetière.
- Sitting room with open fire, large TV, Hi Fi with CD, cassette and radio, DVD player, and VHS player.

- Utility Room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, drying racks.
- All beds have non-allergenic duvets and pillows.
